A meeting in the morning with Mr Tsiring and Mr Meghraj made my project clear.

Those are supposed to be the main rules for the new building. The only thing I shouldn't forget, is to include the Bhutanese ornaments.... you should know that Bhutanese ornaments are on the roof, around the windows, around the doors,...
For the materials, I should not use wood, because they are scared of ruining there forest. It is a good mentality, but if you know that more than 80% of the land is covered with wood, ... :-)
